@DRKALX your still inhaling smoke. only now its artificial. they say its supposed to be healthier but its still not as healthy as being a non-smoker. still health risks and probably more expensive

I quit smoking with e cigarettes myself.
At first it feels a bit different than smoking a regular cigarette but after a couple of weeks you can’t stand the regular cig smoke any more.
This is the least painful and way to quit smoking, that’s for sure as it feels similar to real cigarettes.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL when trying to stop smoking- it KILLED my poor 82YO mum.
For years she’d been an invalid & I’d had to do all her shopping. A chain smoker her entire adult life, much of her pension was spent on up to 20 packs a week. Last year I suddenly decided to put a stop to this & refused to buy any more, despite her pleading.
That same week she died from a heart attack- the doctor said it was due to the ‘cold turkey’ physical shock, but that he’s not allowed to put that in his reports!
